Are minors allowed to shows?

Due to the complicated nature of hosting all ages events, and the liability to our liquor license, all shows are 21 and over unless otherwise noted.

State issued ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age.

When do shows start?

This depends on the show, style of entertainment, number of opening acts, and what else is happening at the Pink Garter Theatre or The Rose that night. Check your tickets or our website for that night’s start time. We also send informational emails to online ticket holders prior to each show with opening and set times.

What time do doors open for a show?

Typically, it is one hour before the start time of the show. Please check your email prior to the show for details regarding Doors and Show times. Additional information is typically available on our Facebook page prior to each show.

Where can I get tickets to Pink Garter Theatre shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at pinkgartertheatre.com, or in-person at The Rose, Pinky G’s or our Box Office on show nights if tickets are still available.

Can I transfer my tickets?

We do not take ticket transfer requests over the phone but you can email your request to ticketing@pinkgartertheatre.com.

What happens if a show is sold out, do you ever release more tickets?

Unfortunately once a show is sold out, we rarely release additional tickets unless specified. We suggest buying your tickets early so you never miss out on a night of live music!

What is your cancellation policy?

Pink Garter Theatre, per the terms and conditions of purchase, does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please treat your tickets like cash. Any lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

All dates, times, locations and artists are subject to change. The venue and/or promoter may cancel an event or change the date at any time. A change in scheduled performers, date, time or location will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. If an event is cancelled or postponed, please contact the box office at ticketing@pinkgartertheatre.com.
